Welcome to SportzVista™. By accessing our website or enrolling in our school sports coaching programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.
1. Services Provided
SportzVista™ (operated under exclusive license by Ampreet Goals Pvt Ltd in Mumbai, Maharashtra) provides structured hockey coaching, talent pathways, and specialized sports curricula for schools and individual cohorts across Mumbai, Maharashtra.
2. School and Parent Responsibility
Enrolling in a SportzVista™ program requires appropriate institutional agreements (with school administrations) and standard athletic participation consent forms from parents/guardians. Participants are expected to follow code of conduct rules on the field to ensure safety.
3. Affiliation and Entity Status
SportzVista™ is a brand operated under exclusive license by Ampreet Goals Pvt Ltd in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
4. Disclaimer & Liability
While all coaching is led by background-verified, certified experts conforming to strict safety standards (including POCSO compliance), participation in hockey involves inherent physical risks. SportzVista™ is not liable for standard on-field athletic injuries arising in the course of play.
